With over forty years of business experience and over three years of experience as a REALTOR® and Agent mentor, Debra prides herself on working hard to ensure her clients are supported throughout the home buying and selling process. Since 1979 she has honed her skills in leadership and business administration, going on to found a logistics company with offices across the state of Texas. After successfully selling the business in 2019, Debra obtained her real estate license and is enjoying the new trajectory of her career. The experience she gained in creating a successful, thriving business helps to propel her success as a Realtor® and serves to develop and implement strategies that best support her clients and the agents she mentors.
A big believer in the power of serving others, Debra has always had a servant’s heart and finds fulfillment in helping others. She has served on the board of numerous non-profits, including Little League, PTA, Band Boosters, Clear Lake Networking Group, Federation of Housing Professional Women, Counsel of Business Women, Professional Women’s Breakfast Club, and The Association of Business & Professional Women. Debra also dedicates time to working with local charities, including Bridge Over Troubled Water, Bay Area Turning Point, and Unbound. She holds a deeply convicted belief that those who have prospered should seek to be a steward of that prosperity, using it to better the lives of others. She is truly enjoying this chapter of her life, where she has been given the opportunity to make a difference.
Debra’s family is her rock and foundation, she is a mother of 3, a grandmother of 8, and she is happily married to an amazing man who loves and supports her. When Debra is not working and volunteering, she enjoys spending time with her family.
As an Army veteran and licensed Texas peace officer, Shala has dedicated her life to protecting and serving her communities. After twenty years in public service, Shala has decided to add serving the public in a new and exciting way by obtaining her real estate license.
Born and raised in Texas, Shala is also a school resource officer and finds great fulfillment in working with and guiding the youth in her community. Darci McCloskey has been a licensed real estate for four years with a focus on transaction management. She works with buyers to find their dream home! Prior to becoming a real estate agent, Darci was a paralegal for many years and has a great deal of office administration experience. She also has a bachelor’s degree in business management and strives to help any business reach their full potential in an efficient manner.
Darci was born and raised in Oklahoma but has been in Texas since 2007. She is outgoing, resourceful, and will do what needs to be done to get the job completed in the most professional manner. She is the mother of two adorable daughters, one dog, and one cat. When she does have spare time, she loves to travel, workout, and volunteer with the PTA at her daughters’ school.
